• · Manage Teamfile migration and associated tasks.\r\n\r\n· End to end Management of Biotime servers and applications.\r\n\r\n· Manage MEDC and patch deployment for pan Pakistan.\r\n\r\n· Introduce and implement an optimum patch management system across all ventures.\r\n\r\n· Manage Google related operational tasks.\r\n\r\n· Manage Alimail related operational tasks.\r\n\r\n· Collaborate with the regional team and deploy best practices around Email and Drive Handling.\r\n\r\n· Troubleshoot issues/requests of various tools.\r\n\r\n· Manage database and connectivity.\r\n\r\n· Make user awareness manuals.\r\n\r\n· Be a support representative for critical IT Tools.\r\n\r\n· Outlook configuration and support.\r\n\r\n· Review user requirements for Google Addons and thoroughly evaluate different tools and provide recommendations.\r\n\r\n· Prepare documentation for projects and tasks.\r\n\r\n\r\n
