• Preparation of Daily delivery plans of territory sales Managers\r\n Preparation of Daily and monthly dispatch details for all Sites\r\n Assess inventory and their positions to improve efficiency\r\n Gather data on each step within the supply chain, using it to recommend changes to reduce costs\r\n Monitor and collect data on current operations, including scheduling, warehousing, production, and delivery\r\n Create performance reports for management to review\r\n Update pending deliveries vs actual deliveries on daily basis and investigate the loss and fulfillment for awareness of the planning and procurement department.\r\n Maintain sales and dispatch reports to identify the gap between actual run and required run rates.\r\n Ensure consistency on critical KPI across all sites
