Job Description:

• The incumbent will develop and grow Baghbaan volunteer program by recruiting, training, engaging, & retaining volunteers. Solicitation, engagement and retention of donors will also be one of the key responsibility.\r\n\r\n• Lead Baghbaan team and volunteers with respect and care\r\n\r\n• Grow volunteer leadership in line with TCFs values, mission, & vision.\r\n\r\n• Induct high profile volunteers – connectors and influencers\r\n\r\n• Develop & execute fundraising strategies, new opportunities for the program\r\n\r\n• Works in close coordination with volunteers and develop a comprehensive strategy to raise funds & awareness\r\n\r\n• Prioritize and identify volunteer/donor segments\r\n\r\n• Review & improve volunteer journey e.g., induction, engagement, retention, mitigate volunteer burnout etc.\r\n\r\n• Manage volunteer MIS, performance dashboards, volunteer availability & and Baghbaan cycle scheduling\r\n\r\n• Identify gaps and work on team and volunteers’ development and growth needs\r\n\r\n• Willingness/ability to work on weekends and extended hours\r\n\r\n• Research and draft volunteer policies and procedures, including risk assessments\r\n\r\n• Induction of quality volunteers though out the year
