Job Description:

• Bring new financing plans for the NGO to increase funds.\r\n Exercises management skills to effectively direct staff to ensure quality of care.\r\n Analyze information, prepare written documents, and communicate effectively to direct staff and others.\r\n Participates with the management team in the overall budget planning and monitoring process. Oversees formulation and evaluation of project goals and budgets.\r\n Develop and implement strategic goals related to quality improvement, management programs and accreditation standards.\r\n He should know the procedure of board meetings, managing committee meetings and can prepare meeting documents (agenda, meeting minutes).
