• Produce residential design and drafting work using ArchiCAD\r\n Coordinate consultants\' drawings such as engineering and civil\r\n Support with drafting, documenting, and presentation work\r\n Experience with Australian construction codes and planning requirements\r\n Collaborate with project teams to ensure project success\r\n Use CUBIT Estimating Program to scope, take-offs and rating for residential construction projects\r\n Estimate project costs and ensure timely delivery of estimates Respond to emails from subcontractors seeking project specific clarifications\r\n Collaborate with project managers and contractors to ensure project success\r\n Track and analyze project data to continuously improve estimating accuracy and efficiency
