• Manage and oversee Pre-Production, Production & Post Production\r\nLead, Manage & Oversee the team of Videographer and Video Editors.\r\nManage workflow between internal teams.\r\nManage and coach the in-house video team, be a creative lead on video concepts, and shoot and edit video content.\r\nSuggest design and production solutions as needed to deliver on time and up to brand standards\r\nIdentify best practices for video and evolve daily operations as necessary\r\nTake charge of client communication and be responsible for account management\r\nCreate & follow up on Quotations, Invoices, Production Decks & Schedules in consultation with the managing partners.\r\nSearching for new clients and making proposals
