• \r\n Provide support for documents for the tender business and coordinate with the stakeholders internal department to complete the required documents\r\n Prepare requisition for Earnest money/ Bank guarantees for tender business and Prepare Earnest money recovery letters and Bank guarantees for the outstanding amount\r\n Prepare offering letters reminder letters for Government/ Private Institutions, Inspection Notes and, closely follow up for completion the process till the bills submition to Army for payment\r\n Manage Institution’s stockiest list, Debtor buyers list and the records of the institution
