Job Description:

• Timely collection and planning of orders & co-ordination for payments from all regions/ Distributors in line with objectives\r\nPrepare timely sales reports and analysis. Maintain Sales history of concerned regions/zone and distributors\r\nMonthly reconciliation of sales data with region/ zonal reports\r\nEffective co-ordination with all regions/ Distributors for timely submission of claims, their settlement & clearance certificates as per SOP\r\nTimely circulation of TTS budget and trade promotions to sales team. Compilation of TTS spending, its evaluation and reporting\r\nHelp Sales team on reporting sales analysis, RSF, Sales volume shares, bottom up as per the business needs\r\nEnsure adherence to all Company principles and policies\r\nEnsure continuous improvement using the NCE (Nestlé Continuous Excellence) methodology
