• Prepare cost plans, and liaise with design teams, architects, and subcontractors;\r\n Use CAD drawings for accurate material quantity calculations;\r\n Negotiate costs with subcontractors and material suppliers;\r\n Maintain detailed project cost sheets;\r\n Monitor and control project costs and deviations;\r\n Present reports on materials, resource consumption, and costs to management;\r\n Conduct regular site visits for project monitoring;\r\n Track contract variations impacting costs and profitability;\r\n Utilize project management software for project timelines and monitoring.
