Job Description:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive product roadmap for Lokal Rooms\' travel and loyalty programs, aligning with the company\'s overall vision and business objectives.\r\nConduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market trends, and competitive insights to inform product strategy and decision-making.\r\nCollaborate closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define clear product specifications.\r\nWork closely with design and engineering teams to ensure the successful implementation and delivery of product features and enhancements.\r\nLead the end-to-end product development lifecycle, including ideation, concept development, prototyping, testing, and launch.\r\nDefine and monitor key product metrics and KPIs, regularly analyzing data to identify areas of improvement and optimize the performance of the travel and loyalty programs.
