• · Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability\r\n\r\n· Hire, train, and assess store employee\'s productivity and performance\r\n\r\n· Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store\r\n\r\n· Oversee stock and store operations\r\n\r\n· To provide excellent service to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.\r\n\r\n· To motivate the sales team to meet sales objectives by training and mentoring staff.\r\n\r\n· Create business strategies to attract new customers, expand store traffic, and improve profitability.\r\n\r\n· Respond to customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner.\r\n\r\n· Make sure the store meets health and safety regulations.\r\n\r\n· Develop and organize promotional materials and in-store displays.
