• We are looking for an experienced Outsourcing Specialist to join our Talent Acquisition team in Pakistan. The specialist will play a crucial role in managing the outsourcing of talent acquisition processes to external service providers. The incumbent will closely work with the in-house TA team, stakeholders and the agency to ensure effective execution of the TA process. He/she shall be responsible for overseeing all outsourced functions, maintaining strong relationships with vendors, and ensuring alignment with the organization\'s talent acquisition strategy.\r\n
