• Concept Artist Duties:\r\n\r\n• Create and communicate a consistent and compelling vision\r\n\r\n• Develop a visual language for communicating ideas\r\n\r\n• Influence others through expert knowledge and skill\r\n\r\n• Promote the creativity of a concept\r\n\r\n• Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of concept artists\r\n\r\n• Exert creative influence by maintaining a positive, high-energy, collaborative work environment\r\n\r\n• Adapt to shifting priorities and deadlines\r\n\r\n• Make informed decisions and thoughtful choices\r\n\r\n• Maintain high personal standards and quality of work\r\n\r\n• Provide feedback to Studio Directors\r\n\r\nConcept Artist Responsibilities:\r\n\r\n• Contribution to the concept art team through the creation of a variety of visual assets, including 2D/3D original character concept art, prop and environment concept art, and background concept art\r\n\r\n• Provide narrative and context by researching and interpreting design documents from concept to production\r\n\r\n• Revise concept art based on feedback and direction from other team members\r\n\r\n• Maintain a well-edited personal repository of reference images, research, and rough sketches
