• Ensure Safety of the area with Zero Waste Promotions and ZAP reporting. Keep up-to-date production, downtime, changeover, preventive maintenance and other records on daily basis for manufacturing in Cephalosporin Sterile Area. Suggest and implement measures to improve the manufacturing process efficiency on the data available Ensure all production floor’s KPI are being maintained and met. e.g. Adherence to Daily OEE target and Adherence to conformance of daily plan. Ensure the GMP (proper labeling, IPC etc) and EHS (Zero access, LOTO etc) compliance during operation.
