Job Description:
- \r\n Implement Policies and Procedures in plant to prevent any Quality / Regulatory issues and to remain in compliance with cGMP / Drugs Act, 1976 requirements.\r\n Maintain the effectiveness of the quality systems including maintaining the good relations with regulatory personnel.\r\n Achieve all Quality parameters as per set targets and no significant Quality systems failure is observed.\r\n Identify requirements / resources of Quality organization\r\n Prepare and submit the annual plan including head count justification and highlight the capital expenditure projects required for QA / QC sections to ensure smooth functioning of the Unit.\r\n Install and maintain system, with written procedures for sampling, inspection, testing and release/rejecting of the incoming material, bulk and finished products in the plant as per current Good Manufacturing Practices.\r\n Publish Quality Metrics Reports including weekly / monthly highlights in timely manner.\r\n Conduct Management review meetings as per defined frequency and submit the relevant information like presentations, certificate etc. to division as per committed timeline.\r\n Provide timely support in launching of new / line extension products\r\n Support business goals and customer satisfaction through active participation in EPD S&OP / NPI meetings, as applicable.\r\n Provide support to different Projects i.e. continuous improvement etc. as per committed timeline.
