Job Description:

• Review and implement the Project Baseline Schedule & Budget.\r\n\r\n• Assess project risks, Share risk register and Mitigation Plans accordingly.\r\n\r\n• Manage Project Scope and Keep real time updated record of BOQ re-conciliations. Revise project budgets and schedules accordingly.\r\n\r\n• Complete Understanding of all Tender documents including Drawings, BOQs, Technical Specifications and Conditions of Contract.\r\n\r\n• Provide feedback to all stakeholders after financial review of contract.\r\n\r\n• Take off Area Wise and Priority Wise Quantification of Project.\r\n\r\n• Develop a project team collaborating with HR with respect to approved Plan.\r\n\r\n• Awareness of all Weekly/ Monthly expenses including Salaries, Overtime Payable, Petty Cash Used, Utility Bills, Subcontractor Payments and Miscellaneous Expenses.\r\n\r\n• Ensure Logistics and Equipment mobilization within specified time.\r\n\r\n• Submit a separate BOQ for work awarded to subcontractor and follow up their progress regularly.
