Job Description:

• Lead the implementation and improvements in Occupational Health and Safety (OHS) Management system under scope of ISO 45001 and Environmental Management System ISO 14001 at all NFL locations and conduct internal audit for all NFL certified locations, ensuring compliance with the established standards.\r\n Execute Supplier (vendor) Development Program on the basis of Occupational Health, Safety and Food Safety Management System.\r\n Monitor and evaluate the organization\'s overall HSE performance to identify recurring problems; research, evaluate, and recommend changes to technology, equipment, systems, or processes that will improve the organization\'s HSE performance.\r\n Provide technical expertise and advice on HSE issues to managers to help them manage their HSE responsibilities.\r\n Stay abreast with proposed and actual changes in environmental regulations so the organization\'s HSE policies remain current and relevant.\r\n Lead, direct, and evaluate a team of HSE professionals to ensure the organization\'s HSE strategy is implemented effectively within established budgets and the organization complies with all relevant regulations, laws, and standards.\r\n Manage the environmental, health, and safety activities to ensure compliance with external HSE regulations and standards and internal environmental policies and management systems: Activities may include: monitor environmental performance, identify risks or areas for improvement; conduct safety audits, on-site inspections to identify workplace hazards, unsafe equipment, work practices or conditions; investigate environmental or safety incidents; prepare reports and recommendations; implement waste management programs; develop and deliver HSE training programs; manage relationships with community or environmental stakeholders.
